The service

The site lets community organizations apply for grants and lets Trust staff and board members review applications and related records. Access is provided for that purpose only. We may change or suspend features as we operate the Trust.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your email, PIN, or password confidential. Do not share sign-in links. Tell us if you believe your account was used without permission.

Grant applications

Information you submit must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitting an application does not guarantee funding. Award decisions are made by the Trust.

SMS program

The WEPIFT SMS program sends optional transactional alerts about your account and grant cycle (sign-in links, deadlines, and application status notices). Opt in on our optional text alerts page or in Profile. You may receive up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to SMS is not required to create an account, apply for a grant, complete any service or transaction on this site, or receive an award. Applicants sign in with email and a PIN whether or not they opt in to texts.

• Reply STOP to cancel. You will receive a confirmation and no further program texts.
• Reply HELP for help, or email admin@westendpayitforward.org.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle mobile numbers is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another person’s account, disrupt the site, or submit unlawful or misleading content.

Disclaimer

The site is provided as-is for the Trust’s grant operations. To the extent allowed by law, WEPIFT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or SMS program.
